5-HTP Complex is a dietary supplement containing Avena Sativa, niacin, folic acid and vitamins B6, B12 and D3.
Niacin and vitamin B12 support the normal function of the nervous system. Normal psychological function is supported by niacin and vitamin B6.
Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) helps to support normal mental activity and the synthesis and metabolism of some neurotransmitters.
Vitamins B6 and B12 also help reduce fatigue and fatigue.

Dosage and method of use
The recommended dose is 1 tablet daily with food.
Ingredients
The product contains microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium, calcium phosphate, a natural source of 5-HTP (1-5 hydroxytryptophan – from the seeds of Griffonia Simplicifolia), sodium carboxymethylcellulose, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), Avena Sativa (oat seed extract), maltodextrin, niacin (nicotine ), pantothenic acid (calcium pantothenate), silica, magnesium stearate from a vegetable source).
Each tablet contains 100 mg of 5-HTP, Avena Sativa (wild oats) Green oat extract 100 mg, Vitamin D3 5 mcg (100% RHDP *), Niacin (B3) 10 mg (63% RHDP *), Pantothenic acid (B5) 6 mg (100% RHDP *), Vitamin B6 10 mg (714% RHDP *), Folic acid 200 mcg (100% RHDP *) and Vitamin B12 100 mcg (4000% RHDP *).
