What is CBD?
CBD is a substance derived from the cannabis plant that does not have psychoactive effects. CBD oils are created by combining CBD-rich hemp extract and hemp seed oil. MOVit Energy CBD Full Spectrum oils are obtained by extraction by supercooling ethanol. Hemp is grown on legal cannabis plantations in Lithuania, in accordance with European Council Directive 2002/53/CE, Art. 17.
Dosage
The recommended dose is 1-3 drops per day. Put under the tongue, wait 60 seconds, then swallow. It is not important whether you take the product on an empty stomach or during the day, but we do not recommend consuming it mixed in a drink – it can significantly reduce its absorption. 10 ml of oil = 250 drops.
Our tip
Hemp oil is a great non-traditional ingredient in various types of salads. Try a combination of cold red lentils, avocado, smoked tofu and a drop of CBD oil. This will give the nutritious food other beneficial substances.
