How to use:
Once you are in the bath, immerse the Bathmate in water until it is completely filled with water. While it is under water, insert your penis into the cylinder. Push the Bathmate down towards the pelvic area several times until a vacuum is created. Excess water is dispensed through a valve at the top of the Bathmate.
